About Pursuit
Most of us know what we can do to improve our health and well-being. We just don’t do it. But what if you did? What if you created a plan that integrated these practices into your current routine, so that they were sustainable for the rest of your life?
Many approaches to health and well-being focus on quick results, self-help, following someone’s regimen exactly or emphasizing one area of life, such as diet. You shouldn’t have to rely on these approaches.
We believe that if you focus on consistently applying the basics of physical, emotional, relational, existential, mental and environmental health, you will achieve a life of well-being and be able to serve those around you.
You can accomplish this based primarily on what you already know. We provide the missing guidance needed for you to create a plan, on your terms, that results in continuous improvement to your health and well-being for the rest of your life.
We would love the opportunity to join you in this worthy and exciting mission!
Pursuit believes that the way to contribute to human flourishing in the world is to coach the whole person for improved health and well-being, exponential growth and realized potential. The more people on this trajectory, the more people able to help others do the same. We believe that the point of pursuing a whole life like this is not just to be awesome, but to be helpful.
